Returns Policy

Email us at orders@cherrydecena.co.uk for any problems with your order and/or to return item(s) within 7 days from date of purchase for a full refund. Item(s) being returned must be in its original state/condition as when it was purchased, saleable, returned within 7 days, in its original packaging and with the "reason for return" filled-in at the bottom of the receipt with the item.

You may return defective item(s) for a full refund. You must include the original packing slip and description of the defect with the returned item(s). It may take up to 20 days for your return to process.

Refund comes in the form of a cheque in the buyer's name in sterling pounds only. Cheque will be mailed to the buyer's address only, upon receipt of returned item(s). Apologies for being unable to mail refund cheques to any other address(es) other than the one provided by the buyer at the point of purchase. It is strongly suggested to mail back any item using a signed for or registered postal service for evidence in case of dispute. Please keep the receipt of mailing back of item until the issue is resolved.
